Learn at a centre that carries out treatments every day
The academy is based at an electrolysis centre where 10 specialists carry out over 1,500 treatments a month. We teach what we do ourselves every day.
Key information
- Basic course: 120 hours of online theory and 5 days of practical training in Warsaw (40 hours, including 34 hours on models). After the basic course you can start working.
- Further stages: the Blend method, and face and vellus hair.
- After the basic course you receive the Academy’s certificate of completion; after all three stages, the Académie Dectro diploma.
- Groups of up to 5. The academy provides models and materials.
- Hands-on practice with devices from the full Apilus range.
- Classes from 9:00 to 17:00. Weekday and weekend groups.
- Theory in Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian. Practical training in Polish, English or Russian.
- 30 days of support after the course: you send photos and records of your treatments, and the instructor replies in writing.

Coming from abroad
Theory from home, practice in Warsaw
You complete the theory (120 hours) online, at your own pace, before you arrive. Then you come to Warsaw for 5 days of practical training.
- The academy is at ul. Kaliska 23 in Warsaw’s Ochota district, a few kilometres from Warsaw Chopin Airport.
- The academy provides models, Apilus devices and materials for practice.
- Teaching languages: online theory in Polish, English, Russian or Ukrainian; practical training in Polish, English or Russian. If you need another language, ask us before you enrol.
- After the basic course you receive the Academy’s certificate of completion.
- Legal requirements for working in this profession differ from country to country, so check the rules in your country before you start working.
